These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zenithcraft Lda. ("zenithcraft", "we", "us", or "our"), a commercial bank registered in Portugal with registration number 845921367. zenithcraft will never ask you to provide your login credentials via email, phone, or any other unsecured communication method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zenithcraft website and related materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, are the intellectual property of zenithcraft or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to zenithcraft in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zenithcraft, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

Force Majeure

zenithcraft shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.
